Who Can Be Nominated?
Individuals: Community members who have made significant contributions to enriching the lives of homeless and extremely low-income individuals.
Community Service Providers: Organizations offering vital services that support vulnerable populations.
Employers: Charlotte County businesses providing job opportunities, supported employment, or job training.
Educational Institutions: Schools and training programs fostering education, internships, and apprenticeships for at-risk individuals.
Each year, the Gulf Coast Partnership invites the community to put forward nominations for commendable employers, educational institutions, service providers, and individuals who enrich the lives of homeless and extremely low-income individuals in Charlotte County. Through avenues such as education, employment, supported employment, job training, internships, and apprenticeships, these efforts aim to seamlessly integrate vulnerable individuals into the local workforce.

Nominees will be voted on, and the winners will be honored at the 2025 Community Leaders Breakfast & Awards. This special event brings together business and government leaders to pay tribute to the amazing people and organizations that have demonstrated exceptional foresight in providing life-changing opportunities for those facing hardships.
