Join the Continuum of Care (CoC)

Are you looking for ways to give back to the community?

Charlotte County, Florida's, Continuum of Care (CoC FL-602), welcomes new members who share a commitment to preventing and ending homelessness in our community. Membership is open to organizations, agencies, advocates, and individuals with lived experience who have an interest in housing stability, supportive services, and system coordination. The CoC maintains a transparent and public invitation process to encourage broad and inclusive participation.

The opportunity to join the CoC is publicly available through:
- This website, year-round
- An annual public call for new members posted at least once per year
- Outreach through community partners and stakeholder networks

Interested parties may join the CoC at any time by completing the membership interest form below. New members are welcomed throughout the year and provided with orientation materials outlining CoC roles, responsibilities, and governance structure.
