Charlotte County, FL— The Gulf Coast Partnership is excited to announce the opening of the CoCBuilds Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) competitive grants process. This funding is aimed at enhancing efforts to end homelessness in Charlotte County by supporting projects that provide permanent supportive housing (PSH) through new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation.
Key Dates and Deadlines:
- July 23, 2024: CoCBuilds NOFO posted online.
- July 30, 2024: CoCBuilds Local Funding Timeline and RFA published.
- August 27, 2024 (4:00 PM EST): Deadline for project application submissions.
- August 28, 2024: Project applications and scoring tools distributed to the Review Committee.
- August 30, 2024 (6:00 PM EST): Deadline for Committee scoring of applications.
- September 2, 2024 (9:00 AM –11:00 AM EST): Public Review Committee meeting via Zoom.
- September 4, 2024: Notification of project rankings and selection decisions.
