Prevention & Early Intervention

We believe in proactive measures to address housing instability. Our community's Prevention and Early Intervention programs are designed to identify and assist individuals and families at risk of homelessness before they face housing instability. Through targeted support, resources, and timely interventions, we work to prevent homelessness from occurring in the first place.

Our dedicated team collaborates with local agencies, service providers, and community partners to implement effective strategies that address the root causes of housing insecurity. By offering financial assistance, case management, and access to crucial resources, Charlotte County's Continuum of Care works to empower residents to regain stability and independence.

Through a combination of outreach, education, and tailored assistance, the GCP strives to ensure that everyone in our community has a safe and stable place to call home. Together, we can make a lasting impact in preventing homelessness and building a stronger, more resilient community.
